1. We screen every listingPublic data only: OpenStreetMap, a year of Open-Meteo air quality, last winter's climate, plus what the advert itself says about heating, floors and paint.

2. Only passing homes are listedA home has to clear hard floors on pesticides, air, industry, traffic and flood risk, then it gets a grade from A to C. The ones that fail are simply not here. Every rule is published.

3. Book where the host already isYour dates carry over to the host's Airbnb page, which confirms availability and the exact price. We never handle your money.
